Error: "Couldn't open FCC File"

  • Operating System: Windows 95
  • Application: Netscape Mail
  1. Open Netscape Navigator.
  2. Click Options on the menu bar.
  3. Click Mail and News Preferences.
  4. Click the Composition tab.
  5. Delete the contents of the Mail File field.
  6. In the Mail File text box, type c:\windows\Sent

  7. Click the OK button.
  8. From the menu bar, click File and select Exit.
  9. Restart Netscape Navigator.
